A Financial Creditor (as defined under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016) is required to file Claim before the Interim Resolution Professional in Form C of the Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons, Regulations, 2016 by sending the claim documents and information in Electronic Form only, which means that the Financial Creditor has to provide the Claim in Form C in such format which can be electronically stored and retrived such as via email, Optical disks, CD, storage drive like pen-drive, mirco film, computer generated micro fiche or similar device. Electronic Form will have the meaning assigned to it under the Information Technology Act, 2000
